Doctrines
The Doctrine of the Church of Christ New Zealand, which is an evangelical Protestant church, is based on historic Biblical Christianly and the heritage of the Reformation. The term "evangelical" is used to mean that the authority of the Bible and one's personal experience of salvation through Christ form the basis of the Christian faith. The Church approaches difficult and controversial parts of the Bible with humility and charity. (I Corinthians 13:9-12).
