On Sunday 13th in the evening we shared in the first performance of a special Christmas presentation in the main church (with translation for Mandarin speakers). Songs by the Youth Choir and smaller groups and video clips traced the Christmas story, and one of the ministers explained how Christmas began in God's heart of love when He created men and women specially to have fellowship with Him so they could experience His love. But, he explained, we have all chosen to disobey God's ways and are separated from Him and facing judgement. But because God still loved us He gave His Son - Jesus, who was born as a Baby on the first Christmas. He lived a perfect life, and took our punishment so when we accept God's 'love gift' we can experience God's love again.
